Hours: 8:30am till 5:00pm. Monday through Friday.  Telephones are answered 24 hours.  E-mail checked often after hours. 

We do not sell or give out any personal information on our customers including your telephone number and e-mail address.

We do not ship outside the United States.  Hawaii and Alaska subject to additional freight.

 

Most all our products are shipped by UPS or FedEx. Large, heavy items, like fireplaces, may require freight line shipment.

 

Preferred methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We also accept Postal Money Orders.

 

We stock most products on our web site and ship within 24 hours on most orders.

 

There is no additional charge for rush orders except those charged by UPS or FedEx for express delivery. Overnight, Second Day Air, Three Day Select are all available.
