When can I expect to receive my shipment?

FireLogs keeps all our products in stock.  Only rarely will we be out of stock on an item.  If this happens, you will be notified immediately.  FireLogs ships within 24 hours of your order, many orders ship the same day they are received.  The majority of our products ship by UPS or FedEx.  Below is a map provided by UPS for their standard ship times.  Remember, these are working days.
